What is the Return Period?

If you want to return the product, please do so within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please note, that the return option won't be available after the 3rd day.

What products are returnable?

Returns will be only accepted if the products are:
Unused/ Unwashed / Undamaged
In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What products are non-returnable & non-refundable?

The following products cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Discounted items (if applicable)
For all the products that are mentioned in the respective product page

Do I need to pay any return fee amount?

A nominal fee of ₹99 is levied for return pickup courier plus ₹140 for return shipping charges

How will I get my refund?

After we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process your refund. The refund will get credited to your original payment method.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

For Prepaid Orders: Your refund will be issued within 2-4 business days from the date  receiving the products from your end.


For COD Orders: NEFT transfer will be processed to your bank account within 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the products from your end.

How do I initiate my return?

To return an item, please email customer service at j.sivasyam@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Exchange Policy

At JSP Handlooms, we aim to provide high-quality sarees at very affordable prices. Due to our low pricing strategy, we do not accept exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or personal choice.

Shipping sarees back and forth for non-damage reasons results in unnecessary costs, which would affect our ability to offer such great prices to our customers.

Exchange is Only Allowed in Case of a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged saree, we will gladly process an exchange only under the following condition:

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

Unboxing Video Guidelines:

The video must start before opening the package.

It must clearly show the product being taken out of the packaging and display the damage or defect.

The video must be unedited and taken in one continuous shot.

📌 No exchange requests will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
